Consent to Operate under Water & Air Acts

Powers delegated and procedure followed is same as above. In the case of Green category and Orange category with less than C.I. 50 crore,  provisional consent can be issued within 7  days  if fee remitted is adequate and an undertaking in Rs.50/- stamp paper on the veracity of the information furnished in the application is submitted. This will be regularized  (with or without amendment) or withdrawn within 4 months.

Consent to Establish

In the case of Green category with capital investment up to Rs 2 crore decision will be taken within 15 days. For others all formalities will be completed within 30 days.
