In the case of Green category and Orange category with less than C.I. 50 crore, provisional consent can be issued within 7 days if fee remitted is adequate and an undertaking in Rs.50/- stamp paper on the veracity of the information furnished in the application is submitted. This will be regularized (with or without amendment) or withdrawn within 4 months. |
